1Create your accountNew in 2.8

Go to blugital.site and press Get started. Blugital asks two questions — what you sell, and how you take orders today. Neither answer locks anything in; they only decide which categories your shop starts with.

Then enter your name, your shop name, your email and a password of at least 6 characters. No card, no payment.

We email you 6 digits. Type them on the same page — you never leave the tab, so nothing you typed is lost. If the mail has not arrived after a minute, press Send the code again (once per minute).
Use an email you check often. Order alerts go to Telegram, but password resets only go to email.

2Choose Quick start or the Full builderNew in 2.8

Quick start takes about 5 minutes and gets you a working QR code. Full Store Builder gives you everything — photos, opening hours, table QR codes, colours, contacts — from the beginning.

Both build the same shop, in the same place. Whatever you do in one shows up in the other, and you can switch whenever you like.

On a phone, on a slow connection, start with Quick start. The full builder is a much bigger page to load.

3Quick start — three steps to a live menuNew in 2.8

Step 1 · Your shop. Shop name, kind of business, how the menu should look, and whether prices are in Riel or US Dollars.
Step 2 · What you sell. One item with a price is enough to publish. Add the rest later, by hand or from an Excel file.
Step 3 · Languages. Tick every language your customers read. Khmer is always on. Press Publish my menu and you get your QR code and link.
Every step saves as you go. If your phone loses signal, sign in again and you carry on where you stopped.

4Set up your store profile

Do not change your link once your QR codes are printed. Old codes stop working immediately.

6Hide it, mark it sold out, or ask for a priceNew in 2.8

Every item has three switches, so your menu can tell the truth without you deleting anything.

Those requests arrive in the Order desk under Requests, with the customer's phone number.

You can let a staff member flip Sold out without giving them the rest of the menu. Settings → staff permissions.

7Publish and get your QR code

Nothing you edit is visible to customers until you press Publish. Until then they keep seeing the old menu, so you can safely edit during opening hours.

Download the QR code and print it. Put it on the counter, on each table, in your Telegram channel, on your Facebook page.

Table QR codes carry the table number, so an order arrives already labelled Table 4.

8Take your first orderNew in 2.8

A customer scans, chooses, and sends. The order lands in the Order desk under To handle, and your phone buzzes if Telegram is connected.

An order moves New → Confirmed → Completed. Confirmed means you have accepted it; Completed means the customer has it.
When you complete it, say how it was settled: Paid now, or on credit to collect later. Unpaid orders sit in Waiting paid so nothing is forgotten, and a cancelled order keeps its own tab rather than disappearing.
Credit you are owed is listed in the Credit tab. Record the payment there when the customer settles.

9Price an item that has no priceNew in 2.8

If a customer orders items that have no price, Blugital splits the order in two: the priced items go ahead immediately, and the rest wait for your quote.
You price each line in the Order desk and send it. The customer sees the total and accepts or declines — before anything is prepared. A declined line is dropped and the rest of the order still stands.
This is what a construction or hardware shop needs: most of the list has a fixed price, a few lines are quoted per job.

10Cashier modeNew in 2.8

Press Cashier mode in the Order desk for a full-screen till you can use with one thumb.

11Reports, stock, and closing the monthNew in 2.8

Reports shows cash in and cash out for any date range, what sold, and what you are still owed.

Record what you buy under Purchases & stock and Blugital keeps a running count of what is left.

Close the month when you are finished with it. A closed month cannot be edited by accident. Payments against old credit can still be recorded — that is the one thing a closed month still accepts.
Reopening a closed month is possible, but Blugital asks you for a reason and records it. Use it for real mistakes, not for tidying up.

12Add staff and decide what they can do

Create a username and password for each person in Settings. They sign in with that — no email needed, which matters when staff change often.

Staff land straight in Cashier mode and see only what you allow: taking orders, reports, the menu, marking things sold out.

Staff accounts cannot create stores and cannot see your billing. That is deliberate.

13Premium and backups

The free plan runs a real shop. Premium removes the Blugital footer, unlocks more categories and items, the Custom template, and backup & restore.

To upgrade: Plan & billing → scan the ABA QR → upload the payment slip. Approval is manual and usually same-day.

Download a backup before any big change to your menu. It is one file and it restores everything.

14Printing — paper, slips and labelsNew in 2.8

Your shop chooses once, in Settings → Documents → Printing, and the till follows.

A5 book · 80mm roll · 58mm roll.

Choose 1, 2 or 3 slips per sale. They come out of one print job.
Which printer is chosen in your computer's own print box, not in Blugital.

15Selling when the internet is downNew in 2.8

Cashier mode keeps working with no connection.

The slip still prints, marked Not sent yet, with a reference like OFF-3F2A.
When the connection returns the queue is sent by itself. Your shop is never charged twice.
Open the till once while you still have a connection, on every device you sell from.

There is more than fits in a quick guide

Every one of them is in the complete user manual.

Common questions

Do my customers need an app?

No. They scan the QR with the normal camera and the menu opens in their browser.

I changed my menu but customers see the old one.

Press Publish. Edits stay as a draft until you do — that is what lets you edit while the shop is open.

A customer says an item has no price.

That is on purpose if you left the price empty. They can ask for a quote and you price it in the Order desk.

I closed the month by mistake.

Reopen it in Reports. Blugital asks for a reason and records who did it and when.

Can I run more than one shop?

Yes. Create another store from My Store and switch between them with the picker at the top.

I need help with photos or entering my menu.

See Services & add-ons in My Store — we can do the setup for you.

The internet went down while I was selling. Did I lose those sales?

No. They were kept on the device and sent when the connection came back.

My receipt comes out with the right edge cut off.

The paper size in Settings does not match the paper in the printer.
