About Blugital

Software a small shop
can actually run.

Built in Phnom Penh, for the shops around it. A menu customers scan, a till that takes the money, and the books that come with it — priced so a corner shop can say yes.

Why we started

Most small shops here do not have a website, a designer, or an afternoon to spare learning software. The menu is a worn printout or a photo on a phone. The day's takings are whatever is in the drawer at closing. Who owes money lives in a notebook, and the notebook lives wherever it was last put down.

None of that is carelessness. It is what happens when the only tools built for shops are priced for chains, written in English, and assume the internet never drops.

What we build

Blugital is one tool that covers the day: a photo menu behind a QR code, a cashier till that prints a receipt, orders and credit, stock and cost, bookings, and a report that arrives on your phone when you close. It is in Khmer and English. It runs on the phone you already have. And it keeps selling when the connection goes — because here, it goes.

We are deliberate about what we will not do. We never touch your money; your customers pay into your own account. We say plainly what is not built rather than describing it as coming soon. A shop that was told the truth before it paid stays; one that was oversold leaves and tells its neighbours why.

Where we are

Built one proven step at a time

This list used to describe four of these as plans. They are shipped and in daily use, so it now says so. Anything still ahead is marked as ahead — and carries no date we are not willing to be held to.

Step 1Live

Menus & QR codes

Photo menus and catalogs for cafés, shops, bakeries, online stores and salons — with a QR per table, sizes, offers and multiple languages.

Step 2Live

Orders, receipts & the till

A full cashier till, printed receipts and A5 invoices, credit and refunds, an end-of-day cash count — and selling that carries on when the internet stops.

Step 3Live

Running the shop

Stock and purchases, cost and margin, staff accounts with their own permissions, suppliers, the wage book, and bookings that cannot double-book.

Step 4Live

Insight & keeping customers

Reports for any date range, menu views and a live browsing count, evening summaries to Telegram, and stamp cards that need no app from the customer.

Next

Branches, and being found

One owner seeing several shops as one business; and helping nearby customers discover a shop they did not know was there. Neither is built. When one is, this line will say Live and not before.
